Open the PSD file from the zip folder. Double click on the layer named DESIGN LAYER. It will open a new project in Photoshop. Delete my already existing layer, and import your design into another layer. Save the project (Ctrl + S, or File>Save). Go back tothe original file project and see your design. If it is not shown yet, just wait a second until Photoshop updates your file. Now you can go back and forth and make any adjustments you want, add new designs and else.
If you want you background in new colour, you just double click on the black rectangle on the layer, and change to any colour you want.
